Who Is Our New TikTok Personality?

Hadley is the first born daughter to Steve and Andrea Shriver. Steve is the Founder and CEO of Eco Lips and Andrea was the brains behind the original lip balm recipe. Hadley lives in the Cedar Rapids corridor with her long-time boyfriend and dog, Diesel. Hadley has grown up around organic lip balm her entire life. The Shriver women are no strangers when it comes to working the family business. Youngest sister, Chloey, even posed as Eco Lips mini CEO in this video.

How do you spend your free time?

I love to do hot Pilates and play with my dog, Diesel! 

What’s your dream vacation?

Greece! (which I went this year) or a relaxing vacation pretty much anywhere near a beach. I love Costa Rica or Mexico. I’m very fortunate my parents have taken me on just about all my dream vacations already! 

Aside from necessities, what one thing could you not go a day without?

My morning routine! If I don’t do that my entire day is whack. 

What’s your favorite Eco Lips product and why?

 I loveeee the overnight lip mask. Especially when the weather is so dry. 

How would your friends describe you?

They would say I go to bed too early! But they also would say I’m funny and kind. 

What’s been your favorite TikTok trend this year?

 Any of the dances, I love to dance. 

What’s your favorite memory of the early days of Eco Lips?

Riding bikes and scooters around the Cherry Building [our first manufacturing facility] when my sisters and I were young! I also have a good memory of my dad having giant pads of paper and white boards in his office that we would draw on. Always fun at Eco Lips. Everyone back then was so friendly to us and still is! 

What does your day look like?

I am a very routine gal! I wake up, journal, read, meditate, drink my coffee, go to the gym, go to yoga, and work! 

If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be?

Probably travel somewhere costal with my boyfriend and our dog! I don’t see the dog ever getting to go near the ocean since we are in Iowa but I know he would love it. Anything I could do with those two is my ideal day.

Would you rather ride a bike, ride a horse, or drive a car?

Bike, as long as the weather is warm! 

What’s your favorite outdoor activity?

I love walking! Taking my dog for walks or just listening to a podcast and going on a walk. 

If you could create or name a new Eco Lips product, what would it be?

I would create an eco-friendly self tanner because I love to be tan but don’t want to damage my skin!
