WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are currently being fulfilled within 3-5 business days. If you selected an expedited USPS shipping method like 2-Day Overnight, your order will typically ship within one business day. Orders placed after 8 AM CST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

All Eco Lips orders ship from our warehouse in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Eco Lips.  Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

Eco Lips will not be shipping on:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day & Following Day (July 4th & July 5th)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• The Week of Christmas 

SHIPPING CHARGES

To see what shipping charges will be for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. A shipping charge will be provided in the checkout process prior to the time when you submit your order for processing.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Standard shipments within the United States are sent via USPS, with additional rate compare options for expedited service such as 2-Day Overnight. Depending on your order total and shipping address, these various shipping options will be available during the online checkout process.

APO, FPO, PO BOXES

US Postal Service delivery is available to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO Boxes.

SALES TAX

Iowa orders will be charged 6% sales tax.
