RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are proud of the ingredients and workmanship that goes into each lip balm and back our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We expect your Eco Lips lip balm to give you great lip care, and we want to know if it has somehow failed to deliver. We go to great lengths to create a truly superior product, but we also know that on occasion, things don’t work out as intended.

We would be happy to discuss any errors or defects with you and make things right. If you purchased a product directly from www.ecolips.com and you are less than satisfied we can issue you a replacement. Please contact us at ecocustomerservice@ecolips.com.

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than www.ecolips.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange. Rules may apply for individual retailers depending on their own return policy.

IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at ecocustomerservice@ecolips.com. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment as soon as possible.
