My name is Nate Smith and I am an Elite triathlete living and training in Columbia, Mo.

I am a top age group triathlete that has had considerable success over the years. I am just finishing up racing my 5th season of triathlon racing, during which I have accumulated numerous victories and honors. The highlights of which include winning the Long Course National Championship, representing Team USA at Short Course Worlds in Hawaii, and All-American Honors.

Outside of my competitive success I am a spin instructor and shoe fitting specialist at the best Triathlon Shop in Missouri, Tryathletics. I am an active member of the local triathlon club, Columbia Multisport, helping at races and new members. I am currently sponsored by Ecolips and Hammer Nutrition. This year I was featured in articles on the Triathlete, Inside Triathlon, and Xtri websites.
